The Five Tibetans have been presented to the public by a variety of names which include ~ The Ancient Secret to the Fountain of Youth and the Rites of Rejuvenation. The workshop you are about to consider will present to you a method of improving your memory, focus, and concentration by physical training. There are 5 movements; each one designed to improve your strength, flexibility and balance within 15 minutes. We will meet once a week for 4 weeks to set these improvements into motion.
